We work with a limited number of clients each season to ensure every itinerary receives the time, care, and detail it deserves. Planning fees are based on the scope and complexity of the trip, and are discussed transparently during your complimentary discovery call.

After our initial chat, we’ll confirm your travel needs, outline our process, and send over the planning fee. Once received, we begin crafting your journey—reaching out to trusted partners to shape a first proposal including key experiences, accommodations, and estimated costs.

Once you're happy with the itinerary, we’ll proceed with securing your trip through deposits—ensuring your exclusive experiences and accommodations are confirmed.

With your itinerary set, we delve into the nuances that transform a trip into an unforgettable journey. From securing coveted restaurant reservations and arranging bespoke experiences to scheduling spa treatments and coordinating special events, we meticulously curate each element to align with your preferences and elevate your travel experience.

Before departure, all aspects of your itinerary are seamlessly integrated into the AXUS Travel App. You'll receive personalized login credentials to access your trip details directly from your mobile device. From flight schedules and transfer times to accommodation contacts and activity confirmations, every detail is organized in one place. The app also offers real-time updates and offline access, ensuring you're informed and connected throughout your journey.
